website will only collect information that is volunteered by the
applicant for the award process, the award listing program, the TOTW
Evaluator Certification Program, and our Family Safe Site Program. The information requested will
consist only of the following:

location of our logos.
Treasures Of The Web / Treasured Web Awards will
not accept any applications for awards, listings, certifications, etc., from anyone under the age of
18. This program complies fully with the rules and regulations of COPPA.
After the applicant's
website has been reviewed, and if the applicant has received an award,
the applicant understands and agrees that their website address,
website name, webmasters name and/or website information may be
displayed. If applicant DOES NOT want this information displayed,
they must contact the webmaster of this site. Once advised of
this, the information will be IMMEDIATELY removed. If the
applicant has not received an award, all information received will be
immediately deleted after review of the site is completed.
The same applies to our award
listing program. The only information posted is the name of the submitted
site and the award graphic, both linked to the listed program's URL; the
webmaster's picture if it is provided to us; a description of the program and
the award program's ratings.
If you apply to our TOTW Evaluator
Certification Program and receive our certification, we will post your name and
your site, linked to your URL.
If you apply to our TOTW Family
Safe Site Program and are approved, the information posted would be your name,
your site name linked to your URL and a short description of your site.
Any
information collected by Treasures Of The Web / Treasured Web Awards will NEVER be sold or transferred to any other
program or person.
