The GNAE Awards Program® offers three basic levels of awards, Bronze, Silver and Gold which can be earned plus Site of the Month, Design Site of the Month, Music Site of the Month, Hall of Fame and a Site of the Year which cannot be applied for. The award program was set up to recognize those sites which demonstate that much time and effort has been
spent designing web sites of high quality and which utilize up to date leading edge technology with a view to making the vast media of the Internet a pleasant and safe environment for all.

Only private web pages which are made exclusively by
their owners will be accepted. German and English sites
may apply. The only applicants that may apply should be
atleast 16 years old. However, applicants who are below
16 years of age may apply for the Kids Award (Active
01.01.2004). Only fully accomplished application forms
are processed. If your site passed this preliminary
process, you will receive an e-mail with your ID. This
ID can be used as a reference to check the status of
your application. However, admission to the status list
does NOT guarantee that your site will win an award! I
reserve the right to decline any applications even
without notification.

The main goal of this award program is to reward the
hard work accomplished in web site design. It is
given to sites that show a particular talent in the way
in which they combine graphics and content, and so,
create a unique place, and make a positive contribution
to the world wide web.
