Silver, Gold and Platinum. Only the Platimum Award is
animated. The Award is presented to sites which: provide
inspirational or motivational information free; provide
graphic and other types of art for free viewing online;
offer literature, poetry, prose or other written
material; offer products, services or assistance free,
or at minimal cost, or on a negotiated rate basis.

The Prospective Award program was established to
encourage websites to show today prospective items, such
as: ethical quality of content, interactivity,
"safe-for-children" labels, intuitive
navigation, access for visually impaired persons,
bilingual (or more)version, transparent use of
up-to-date technologies.
